Company Profile: Established in 1990, incorporated in 1996 (registered in Cardiff 3205378) VAT registration number 551482055

Core activities: Topographic (land) surveys, floor plans, elevations, sections, setting-out, deformation surveys.

Client base: Public and private sector – numerous architects and engineers, local and national house builders and developers, several housing associations, police authorities, universities and NHS trusts, local, county and national government bodies.

Staff: We employ only permanent staff, no freelance or temporary staff in order to maintain our exceptionally high quality standards. Our senior staff have professional degree level qualifications and / or RICS qualifications and between them have completed several thousands of surveys.

The company is committed to Continuous Professional Development, with staff constantly improving their skill levels to ensure we keep up to date with new technology and innovation in order to remain competitive.

Memberships: RICS and The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors

Health and Safety: A D Horner Limited ensure that health and safety remains a key focus for all staff. We manage our business in such a way that individuals and organisations are not exposed to unacceptable risks. A copy of our policy and sample risk assessments are available upon request.

Quality Assurance: A D Horner Limited have developed an effective in house quality management system. Procedures concentrate on the areas where quality really matters – the final land and measured building surveys we produce. All surveys are checked against set criteria to ensure we meet our own and the client’s expectations.

Insurance: As a professional company we carry insurance at levels above the minimum as required by The Survey Association. They are as follows;
