Typically the area of the land survey is small but quite detailed and often with mature trees. The features we include on land surveys do vary according to the clients requirements varying from a simple boundary survey with spot levels, to the requirements of a landscape architect who might require all bed areas, four points on trees to plot accurate tree spreads and even the knot garden to be surveyed.
