Typical Garden Land Survey, Cotswolds

This land survey was undertaken so the property owners could demolish the existing dwelling and build their dream home. The land survey was used initially for obtaining planning permission, by the architects for designing the layout, by the engineers for drainage information and by the landscape architects. As well as the land survey of the existing site we also undertook the setting-out work for the new property.
